Permitted use
Use WarehouseMargin for authorised operational and commercial exception records. Check that you may upload and share evidence. Keep information relevant and proportionate.
Prohibited activity
Do not upload malware, exploit the service, impersonate approvers, access another organisation’s data, alter audit history or use AI-generated text as authority to bypass review. Do not send spam or unlawful material.
Customer responsibilities
Use individual accounts and appropriate roles, review proposed actions and report suspected misuse. Service suspension and enforcement procedures require final legal agreement.
