WarehouseMargin sits alongside your operational and financial systems. Availability below is explicit.
Available: CSV and human-reviewed handoffs
Import extra-work records and export charges, supplier commitments and promise history. Record invoice references and payment status through authorised actions. Exported files must be reviewed before accounting import.
Accounting: Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
Planned connectors, not connected today. The intended flow is approved charge → authorised draft invoice lines → returned invoice reference → status reconciliation. No invoice will be created or sent solely on an AI recommendation.
Email: Microsoft 365 and Gmail
Mailbox ingestion is planned. Today a buyer can record supplier communications and propose a date revision through the approval workflow. Connecting a mailbox requires OAuth consent, least-privilege scopes and per-tenant credential storage.
WMS / ERP and automated transfers
CSV is available. Scheduled imports, SFTP, public APIs and webhooks require scoped implementation. Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP and WMS-specific connectors are driven by customer demand.
Connection health
Private readiness controls show current application configuration and email events. Connector-specific last-sync, retry and re-sync controls will be added with each real connector, not simulated as successful connections.
