For legal review; not a substitute for a signed customer agreement. Confirm the supplier entity, governing law, service commencement, dispute process and notice addresses.
Service scope
WarehouseMargin captures commercial exceptions and supports human-reviewed workflows alongside WMS, ERP and accounting systems. It does not guarantee recoverable revenue, supplier delivery or the validity of a charge. Customers remain responsible for contractual rates, evidence, signing authority and financial decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep individual accounts secure, assign appropriate roles and use the service only for authorised business activity. Do not upload unlawful material, malware or instructions intended to bypass access controls.
Subscriptions and pilots
Published self-service prices are monthly and exclude applicable tax. Where activated, the seven-day card-required trial renews into the selected subscription unless cancelled. Operational access pauses seven days after payment is overdue; billing remains available. A guided pilot has separately agreed written scope, access period and commercial terms.
Data, termination and liability
Agree ownership, processing terms, export period, deletion, support arrangements, liability limitations and any service commitments in the executed contract. No public uptime, RPO, RTO or support-response guarantee is made by this draft.
