Can I use my work email without an OpenAI account?
This version uses OpenAI sign-in. You need an OpenAI account; there is no separate warehouse password or email-only login. If this does not fit your organisation’s policies, ask about your requirements before entering operational records.
What if a colleague has already invited me?
Sign in using the exact email your administrator invited. You’ll see the company and role before accepting. You do not need to create a second company workspace.
Does signing up start a paid subscription?
Creating a workspace alone does not start a subscription. After setup, choose a plan and confirm the 7-day trial and recurring monthly payment in Stripe checkout. Billing must be activated by the service owner before checkout is available. Read the pricing details.
Will the demo’s records appear in my workspace?
No. The demo is separate and uses synthetic data. A new workspace starts empty, so its revenue totals come from records you add.
Will it send messages or approve charges automatically?
No. Consequential record changes need human approval. Follow-ups are drafts for review; the application does not send them automatically.
